Has anyone ever used their flexible spending account to buy prescription cycling glasses?

You just need to make certain the receipt is quite clear that they are "prescription" glasses.
Yes- no problem getting reimbursed.

I never even thought of this. I need to get my eyes examined and new glasses. I am terrible about wearing mine and I get a lot of eye-strain. My frames are only 2 years old and I don't wear them because they fit me so poorly. I had them adjusted a few times and they always dug into the sides of my head (giving me a worse headache than not wearing them) and slid off my nose, so I gave up.

By the way, I have a fairly strong prescription and was able to get lenses made for a more curved frame by going with an online company, Heavy Glare.
