    That must have been a fast field--you ran the barriers better than I do and that sand looked deep and loose. Nice job! Are you hooked?

    i had so much fun---people thought i was crazy lol

    FAST field...they put us 4's with the 3s, 2s, and wait for it...the 1s also! needless to say i didn't even see the pack by the second lap ....until they came up behind me LOL

    I can completely relate to you Mandiam! I started racing XC for the first time this year too! The pain that you feel during the race is enough to make you wonder if you are actually completely crazy for doing it...but the elation of reaching the finish line is enough to keep you coming back for more! Gotta love the pain! We just have to keep it up...we will get better!
