    Easy Chocolate Cake

I got the recipe from a lady at work. The cake is excellent and easy to make, especially if you use a foil cake pan!

Prepare a 3.4oz box of chocolate "cook and serve" pudding with 2 cups of milk.

While the pudding is still hot, mix it with Angel Food Cake mix. The cake batter will be foamy. Pour mixture into a 9x13" greased cake pan. Top with 1/2 cup of chopped nuts and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

I fixed it this evening--soooooo easy and it was sorta like a light brownie. I think next time I'll add more choc chips on top--I like the semi-sweet. I did use 1% milk but wasn't brave enough to try the sugar free pudding. I think it could be made w/the other flavor puddings for a different taste. This is a keeper!
