I have to share this recipe which I find delicious and I have made several times this summer:


For me, the marinade is enough for two batches of 4-5 salmon filets. I grill them 4-5 min on each side (skin side down first and I start flipping them after 4:30 min, then start pulling them out of the grill after ~4 min more).

I just grilled another batch... this is almost like cat nip for me My sides were coliflower (steamed and then sauteed with olive oil and garlic) and a steamed kale and onion salad, with sundried tomatoes and a vinaigrette.
