    Tour de Cure and Wind

Ok, this is less a charity ride issue and more a wind issue. I'm curious how many of you will ride in 20-30 mile and hour winds. I have to admit - I avoid them. But tomorrows Tour De Cure and the weather is calling for some nasty winds. I was planning on doing the 62.5 mile route but with the wind I'm reconsidering and think maybe the 30 mile route is better. It's not as pretty a ride though.

IMHO, no ride is pretty when winds are 20-30 mph.

So I'd go for the shorter route, or skip it altogether if winds are high enough to be dangerous.
