    Mothers Day's Bike Gift

    I told my ex-husband and son that I didnt want perfurme or flowers. I WANT A BASIL PANNIER. And it came yesterday, I am so excited... its the Black and White with leaves on it. I will take a picture once I have my bike pimped out..... I love biking in style.

    My mothers' day gift was actually to go on a 2-hour bike ride on my own. It was the first time I left our 4-month old baby girl for that long. I only rode 25 km and then took a long coffee break in a scenic spot. Aaaaah! I was hurting pretty much everywhere after that, but it felt so good.

    (And then, at the coffee shop, I went to the washroom without wondering whether there would be enough space to bring the stroller in with me, or a change table in there... The little joys of life, I tell you!)
