Two sets of downward spirals! 5 minute warmup, then two sets of:
2:00 on, 2:00 off/recovery
1:45 on, 1:45 off,
1:30 on, 1:30 off,
etc., down to :15 on, :15 off
5 minute recovery, then repeat the whole set!

I'm a newbee and i really need a cycle routine for a 50 minute class. Please help anyone willing to share a routine it would be greatly appreciated.
