    Cedarville this Saturday the 7th

So...after babying my knee/calf/lower leg all week, Chiro#2 gave me the okay to try some light running - but on grass or trail, not hard concrete or a treadmill. Oh. And biking too.

Since my effort level will, by necessity, be low, I was thinking it's a great opportunity to head to Cedarville. I could do a quick jog on the spur trail out to the main loop and back, and then hop on the bike and go for a ride. DH wants to do the N2 club road ride and I'm not ready for that just yet.

I'd really enjoy some company. If not for the run part of it, certainly for the bike ride. So...WWM (Who's with me)?

Time to be determined. PM me if interested and we can chat.

Sounds fun, but I can't make it. Am heading to Georgetown tomorrow with a friend and former co-worker to celebrate the 15th anniversary of my arrival in DC. (Now if I could just find a place to park that won't cost more than the restaurant tab...will probably park in Rosslyn and walk over the bridge...)

    Maybe another time!! Have fun!!

    I didn't go.
I had no one to play with.
So DH and I split wood in the morning (well, he split. I stacked!), and went for an easy spin through Rock Creek Park in the afternoon.
Maybe tomorrow. I really need to be brave and get out there.

Bah, I'm sorry I missed this post.
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."

RATS! Missed the opportunity, as well. However, hiking around Harpers Ferry was a good substitute.

Let's keep the Cedarville ride in mind for a future date.
