Hi girls,

Have any of you tried sports creams or pre-ride muscle warm-up creams? I just ordered some "Ozone" oil from cbike.com. (I probably should have checked this out with you first.) It takes me a long tome to warm up on a ride and a triathelete friend suggested I try some muscle cream. He says this can cut down on injuries, etc. Also, post-ride creams. I am 61 y/o and need all the help I can get!! Fortunately, I don't really have any "nagging" physical problems (except with my feet which is why I ride a bike!!).
