How to calculate saddle (and bike size) height.

According to this, my saddle height should be 88 cm from top to the saddle to top of the pedal. My measured height, which I'm happy with, is about 88.25 cm. So I'd call it accurate. In fact, I already knew that I prefer it slightly higher than my measurements indicate.

Edit: I'm not suggesting this should take the place of a good fitting.

Just that it can give you an idea.
