Who do you have a old childhood crush on?

Is there someone you thought you would merry when you were young? A movie star or singer you pined for and still hold a special place in your heart for?
Mine is the bass player for Duran Duran and he is STILL hot! I also thought Shaun Cassidy but not so much now. lol

Sting circa 1980-1984, i.e., before the Police broke up. I was obsessed. I've never really liked him as a solo artist. I have traded that crush for Daniel Craig. I must have a thing for Englishmen.

Of course, I have long been fond of a younger Paul Newman. Timeless....

LOL. Kirk Cameron! I'd forgotten about him.

In my past I've also had a thing for Val Kilmer and Mickey Rourke. Sheesh, I sure know how to pick 'em.

    OK, showing my age here.
When I was really young, like 8 or 9, I was in love with Richard Chamberlain. You know, Dr. Kildare.
I've never been much into celebrities or movie stars, but I did have quite a crush on Dustin Hoffman, when he first appeared in The Graduate. I had a huge poster of him over my bed when I was a freshman in HS. My first serious boyfriend and my DH look very much like him.

    Lee Pace.

I'm not that old and he's not that much older than I am (totally in my "safe" range - young enough to not be my dad, although still older than me). Would totally run away with him in a heartbeat.

OMG; I almost forgot my first crush (for which my siblings teased me mercilessly): Lee Majors a/k/a The Six Million Dollar Man. I had even had the doll. Forgive me; I was six.

Good one! I'm realizing that I had a lot of crushes. It felt normal at the time, but it seems excessive in retrospect.

    I always liked AquaMan.

Nick Barkley - the character - in the show The Big Valley.

I loved Brad Renfro as Huck Finn. I think I saw that movie about 1000 times as an early teen.

Showing my age... Bobby Sherman! I even had his music album...yes, he also was a "singer"... and I put those quotation marks in on purpose. But those eyes... I love that they are showing the old "Here Come the Brides" reruns on cable tv.

David Cassidy, sort of, but he was rather a dweeb, even for those days of bubble-gum rock!
