Glad you posted your Crazy Guy journal site. I'll check in from time to time. Last tour I rode I took a tablet along and loved it that I could post and share the trip as I went. Have fun and happy pedalling!

OK, I'm committed now. I just put up a journal on Crazy Guy On A Bike for my upcoming Seattle-to-Lincoln tour. It can be found at:
http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/doc/S2L
I'll be starting to ride in the middle of July. The route is more or less 2,000 miles, and at an average of 50 miles/day, I probably will spend 40 days and 40 nights in the wilderness. Or something like that.
Just thought I'd let all you enablers know.

Thanks, guys.
I'm getting pretty excited, when I'm not scared to death. All the Stuff that I'm collecting to make this happen is collecting in a big box in the living room. I think that The Cat, or the pixies (who should be cleaning the house) is adding bricks to the box.
I find it humorous that my daughter's boyfriend is my most vocal supporter on this venture. My daughter rolls her eyes, DH is resigned, and I haven't had the courage to tell my mother yet.
