    Run tall.

I might add that a lot of people aren't really aware of their posture (I'm working on mine...), so learning to stand tall using some of the Chi Running or similar exercises could be a pre-requisite to running tall. But it makes so much sense to me physically and intellectually, and as my yoga teacher loves to say, "beauty in simplicity."

Very good point. Thanks for sharing. When I start getting tired after several miles, I start telling myself to straighten my spine, engage my core, push my shoulders away from my ears, look forward......in other words, run tall. It's amazing how much faster I can get and how much better I feel just changing my posture.
