Technical forum issue - how to report?

Anyone else having problems changing their profile photo? I've uploaded a new avatar twice, and the new pic shows up in my "user cp", but not when I post.

Any ideas? Or how to report this to the forum gods?

Just checking -- there are two different picture options, "profile picture" and "avatar." Did you change the latter? "Edit profile picture" just changes the picture on your profile page.

P.S. My hair was actually semi-wet in my new avatar photo -- otherwise it's wildly curly with the humidity down here!
