Anyone watching the World Championships? I've been tuning in. I saw the women's race yesterday and was great fun. Italian Giorgia Bronzini won her second road rainbow jersey over Dutch Marianne Vos (her 5fth silver medal). Their reactions on the line tell it all, as well as that of the teams.

The men's road race is on now.

I'm watching on Universal Sports, though I think Comcast lists it as WRCDT (no idea what that stands for).
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

Me too, watching on Universal Sports (which Comcast recently moved to a different channel). Was Cavendish's helmet shrink wrapped? It looks like it to me from the video and the pictures on cyclingnews.com. Why not use some form of TT helmet instead, then?

    ETA picture from cyclingnews:

(Gilbert, on the left, has the same Specialized helmet)

I was watching the men's RR on Universal Sports, I can get it over antenna in my area.

I recorded it on a DVD, if anyone wants a copy, give me a yell.

My Fine Former Employer's subsidiary in Denmark was located very near the road race course, I recognized several spots along the course. Ah, memories.

[ Side note: I was reminiscing about the people I worked with there, who I've fallen out of touch with over the past year or so. I decided it was high time to get back in touch. I went to my computer to fire off an email to Kirsten, one of the people I was closest with back then.
Well, she beat me to it!! There was an email from Kirsten waiting for me. She had just just gotten home from watching the race and, knowing I was a cyclist, was thinking of me. Cool, eh? ]

No TV and I've been too busy to search out Internet viewing options...but I've recently become very interested since the 2015 Worlds will be in my city, the first time in the US since the 1980s.
