With my son, I held out 3' and, don't know about the rest of you, but I'm still not comfortable having 3000+ lbs whizzing by me that close. Wish they would have made it more like 5' at least.

True, what's yet another law in this state. You shouldn't have to legislate common sense.

Okay...actually of ME cycling...as opposed to my riding, and filming outwards.
I recently had a bike fitting of my TT bike (bought used), and DH got me new wheels/tires/cassette for my b'day. I have a race coming up on Sunday, so I'll try getting a few miles on the new wheels before then.
Bike is a 2008-ish Cervelo P2C. Wheels are 2011 Bontrager Aura 5's. Tires are Michelin ProRace3. Vocals by DH. An aero helmet is on the Christmas wish list!

Here's one of me climbing Donner Pass Road, recorded by my friend who I went up there with. He made several passes with the camera mounted on the window of his truck. Other times he stood on the side of the road and recorded me riding by.

OK, I think I found out why my Garmin went nuts on August 6 when I did the Monitor Pass descent.

We're having a bit of an Indian Summer here in the UK . The light was lovely a couple of nights ago on the Promenade. I loved how big my wheels looked in the shadow.

Happy pedaling
Nice videos all. Really enjoying this thread – both the rides and the creativity. Thanks bellissima for starting it. The mountain biking ones make me wonder if it's too late for me to learn. I reckon it is but it's fun to watch. Dr. Doo, I like it. It's been a gorgeous week of sunshine 'down south'.
@Sardine, I also enjoy seeing the videos and can see we are getting more creative with each video
@Dr.Doo the shadow looks very cool
OK, here's a tiny taste of MTB on my rigid Rockhopper with 26x1.95 Specialized Hemisphere tires pumped up to 65 psi for the road ride I took before discovering this bit of singletrack alongside the road: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAI4NIRDE3A

My husband http://ilchovbair.com/album/1#prettyPhoto[pp_gal_v1]/1/ made a video at my last XCO race.
