    Weigh In....

    To disable ads, please log-in.

    Morning,

    Hmm, weigh in - 150.8

Not too sure about a goal. 144 would be nice, however I think that may be a little on the optimistic side?

I did a quick online check and I should apparently be within the 107-141 range, for my age and height

No wonder dragging myself up all of those hills has been a bit of an effort!

    Good luck everyone

227.6 this morning - I finally broke out of the 228.6 plateau.

Yay. 1 down, 89 to go.

    221 for me starting off.

I think I would like to join others with an optimistic goal of 199 (and to join the never again 200 club).

    Thanks again, Possegal!!

    starting at 164.

    My realistic goal is 155.

My ideal goal is 150. I realized that is VERY ambitious, but I have motivation (my IM is at the end of September). Time to get serious.

    Perfect!

Thank you very much for doing this, I doubt I would be as motivated otherwise

Inexplicably, I am at 118.6 this morning, despite staying on track.
    I hope things improve soon....

I'd like to join the fun!

    Hello everyone.

    Now: 134
    By September: 125

I've been at 134 for more than a month now. I've returned to cycling after slacking off for a year and have been riding 5 times a week and limiting calories. Nothing much has changed on the scale -- it went down for a few days then back up and seems to be stuck there.

So it's nice to hang out with y'all and feel inspired.

Woops! Forgot to send you my official Friday-weight:

    225 lbs.

(at least my scale is more forgiving than my doc's...however, I can REALLLLY fluctuate...)

((sigh))...okay, I did it. Now I'm committed. I darn well better get to bed NOW so I will feel like doing the long ride in the morning!
