FS: Specialized Spirita Road Shoes Sz. 42

I have a pair of one year old Specialized Spirita Road Shoes, Size 42 up for sale for $40 + $7 for shipping. They are in great shape and have many miles left ahead of them. Hubs surprised me with a pair of Sidis!!

They do not have the original insoles. I may be able to put my sidi insoles in them or work a deal for the specialized high arch insoles, depending on how my fitting with my sidis goes.

I realize these shoes probably aren't still available, but am looking at the same pair size 42 on ebay and have a question on the sizing. I currently own a pair of womens Shimano shoes size 42 that fit well, but wear a 9 - 9.5 womens shoe regularly. I noticed these Specialized 42's are listed as 10.5, is this true? What size US do you think these are similar to in womens? Thanks!
