the wannabe submarine gazelle seems to be making her comeback -

wanna hear my leg length story? Probably not.

But all seems to be on the mend (just completed the swim leg of a relay half iron tri) and the spirit is back too, so mid August might be the day of my next race....

    Hey Alpinerabbit!

Glad to see you! You're thinking about a Tri in August? My bike is up on it's trainer, mocking me.

Yay Alpinerabbit! Catch us up a little. Glad you're back.

I have loved and been loved;I have been given much and I have given something in return...Above all, I have been a sentient being, a thinking animal, on this beautiful planet, and that in itself has been an enormous privilege and an adventure."
