Your zoomability (is that a word ) depends upon how detailed their images are of your particular location. Resolution of some areas are better than others.

You Mac girls could try using a different browser maybe. I always found that some things worked better on IE than Netscape and vice versa when I was using my parents' Mac.

JLD, that's too funny about it not recognising Ottawa. I can see the red dot that says Ottawa with my own eyes.

Alpine - you've just got two shoutouts, and I think we could all do as many of them as we wanted; there's only one of you on the map.

If I could've put in a British postcode, my marker would point to my street. Still, 6km away isn't half bad on the scale of London.

Nanci -- The only way I could do that was to delete you completely. That deleted your name, photo and shout-out. You will have to start over and enter the correct picture.

Brilliant idea...It doesn't work for the Mideast tho'. I tired all sorts of cities in the region including in Palestine and none would register

    Mozilla Firefox

In case anyone else has this problem: I normally use the Firefox browser, but I didn't show up on the map until I switched to Explorer.
