    Smile Weight Watchers PointsPlus

After a couple of short, moderately successful Weight Watchers stints, I started again on Tuesday with the new PointsPlus program. Just online and on my iPhone; I can't afford the extra money right now to go to meetings, and I don't really think I need them at this point.

I am really loving the new program! Free point fruits and vegetables go a long way toward stretching out the points, and I've lost a couple pounds and feel really awesome today, like my metabolism is actually working for a change instead of putting along.

The weather is finally cooperating for me to bike to work and taking kid to daycare in the sidecar, so that's helping, too, I'm sure.

Anybody else doing PointsPlus? Wanna report your stellar results to give me even more motivation?

I'm still loving the new program. I have lost close to 30 lbs since the end of November, slowly and in a way that makes me really feel that it is a lifestyle as opposed to a diet.

Thanks, Sarah! I was looking for something like this, but I didn't look far back enough in the archive.
