I want to be strong on hills again!

    Tonight I did Hill Repeats.

Should I have spread them out like this or should I have done repetitive immediate ups and downs...

I used to be the first up the hill...I'm not anymore...and want to get better!

If I'm interpreting this correctly, you did a short hill climb about every 4 miles (or so). When I do hill repeats, I find a hill that is about 5-10 mins long, and ride it at full on TT pace. Ride back down and repeat - probably about 3-4 times depending on the length of the hill. This gives me 5-10 mins of intensity, followed by 5-8 mins of recovery.

In short, I think your hills are too far apart to be called repeats if you are trying to focus on that specifically.

Just my $0.02. I am not a coach, nor have I ever played one on TV .

Thanks she...that's what I was asking (and afraid that I needed to be doing...). Ugh!
