Awesome! I see it is contagious Which mountain bike did you settle on, I can't tell in the photos.

Of course you can keep her, I mean, she followed you home and everything

I did honestly expect to just stop to discuss my fit on Friday

I have 30 days so long as she's in like new condition... Will have to take her out on the hilly route to give her a go. I also tore a HUGE hole in my jeans as it caught on the chain ring... My own fault... My luck was it was the pair that already had a nice series of holes in them from the chainring on my roadie.

Uh-huh, so did I when I went to my LBS on Friday - must have been something in the air on Friday, though I do not regret my choice

It is awesome you got a 29'er though. If they made them small enough to fit me I would have gone that route myself, but I think my lovely FS Dakar will work just fine

Sorry, ment to say stopped today to discuss me coming in this coming Friday for my fit... I have Good Friday off work and it's been a struggle to find the time.

Looked again at the bikes and there she was... In my size. Stand over is still a little bit of an issue, but we'll see... next three days they're calling for rain. Go figure.

Can you tell if she's had kittens? Has she been spayed? Ooops. I didn't have my glasses on- at first I thought a cat had followed you! Now I see it's a bike. Lol (that was supposed to be funny, by the way).

    Congratulations on your new ride.

Calling for rain here every day this week Doesn't mean it will happen though, I won't bring my new bikes home in the rain though - don't want to have to clean them before I ever get to RIDE them! So am hoping this week won't be a total washout - I get a little cranky if I can't ride for a few days

Lucky you they had one on the floor in your size! I am never that lucky, but was fortunate enough they had an entry level hard tail with the same dimensions as my Dakar so I test-rode THAT one.

    Go, Shannon, go!

I guess you get to keep her, huh? What are you going to name her?

Brilliant Shannon! Great pics and a great bike. I'm stunned and inspired by your progress in such a short time
