    SheFly - gorgeous smile!

Y'all have seen dozen of photos of me before, I think, but I'll play too:

I can't find a single one of me on my bike. But here's my commuter bike posing prettily in front of City Hall, my mtb hamming it up in front of a lovely sunset, me in my winter bike jacket, and modeling my latest rain gear set-up :

Alright, alright... here's another one - and I guess it shows why it's so hard to find a picture of me...

LPH - thanks. Hard to tell that when I was in second grade I knocked all 8 of my front teeth out at once .

Mimi, CC, and Jelee - riding in the snow isn't really that hard - MOST of the time . Around here, there are some months where if you don't do that, you just don't ride. Studded tires certainly help.

And Jelee - the tandem is FUN. On that ride, we had 5 tandems out for almost 2 hours. Terrific sight (although not for some drivers).

Emily - SO JEALOUS to see you 1. racing already (my first is this weekend), and 2. racing in shorts and short sleeves! It's still COLD here, and those temps seem a LONG way off.

CC - terrific photo from your MTB race. Looks like you were having fun!

    odd

Shefly-I came 3rd by fluke...there were 6 of us in sport women & would have come 4th but..one chick fell & fractured her thumb , one was young n very very new to mtb'ing & withdrew, the other chick i'm not sure about but she dnf'd as well.

Oddly enough..i did the "look for any rubbish" lap & I had to take it a bit easier so i could see stuff. Anywho, I noticed a few bits of trail that i didn't even remember riding a few hours before..I said to someone "I don't remember this bit from the event"....Too funny how when you're busting your behind at an event, things become a blur...

I have to also say that the track sessions have helped for cornering

    Loved your pics Mimi!!

Shefly- I was racing! But I am now dealing with my 2nd round of bronchitis this year and have now been off the bike for almost 2 weeks(well I rode on and off through the first week and got worse). So now I feel like I have just slid so far back in training, looks like I will be off of racing for the next month or so to work on training more.

but yes, definitely warm here already!

I LOVE seeing all of your photos. Great thread Bicilista. We could all add pics as they come up on rides, since I like seeing different places.

What fun, getting to see the faces to the bikes.

Quick self-portrait taken today while waiting for my son, at my ex's, for our ride home.

Here is my "vintage" Bridgestone Radac, also waiting for my son.

Thanks, Mimi. I have to admit I'm not often on the lens side of a camera, but it has been fun seeing everyone else's faces. I love the PNW, and certainly have been enjoying our recent nice spring weather.
