Here it is, but don't figure the calorie count, you won't like it.

    GRANOLA, Very good

    5 cups rolled oats
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup sesame seeds
    1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
    ½ cup wheat germ
    ½ cup soy flour
    ½ cup powdered skim milk
    1 cup safflower oil
    1 cup honey
    1 tsp salt
    ½ cup dark, seedless raisins

In a very large bowl, combine dry ingredients, except salt and raisins. Blend oil, honey and salt in another bowl. Pour over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Spread into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake @ 350 degrees about 40-45 minutes, adding the raisins during the last 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Store in an airtight container.

Here is one that I've been using. It is a "looser" type of granola...not clustery like some. I mix in a few teaspoons of it into my greek yogurt everyday for some nice texture and crunch. Sorry I do not have the calorie or nutritional data on this recipe.

    4 cups Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup unsalted pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
1/2 cup unsalted raw sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup unsalted soy nuts
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbl butter (I use "light" butter)
    2 Tbl brown sugar
    1/2 cup honey
1 cup dried cranberries (or any other dried fruit)

In a large bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, flax, seeds, and nuts. Add in the cinnamon and stir until combined.

In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add honey, vanilla, and brown sugar and heat on low just until warm and melted...stirring constantly.

Pour the warm honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until combined.

Line a large, shallow baking pan(s) with parchment paper. Spread a thin layer of the granola mixture onto the lined baking pan(s) and bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes. Stirring the mixture about halfway through. Let granola cool before adding the dried cranberries or other fruit. Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
