LBS/Fitter recommendation in/near Temple, TX?

I recently moved from Chicago to Temple, TX am looking for both my new LBS and a bike fitter. I'm willing to go to Waco, or even Austin if necessary. Any recommendations on somewhere/someone that will work well with someone who is still relatively new to cycling and intimidated by going in my LBS?

I like my shop in Austin, Bicycle Sport Shop. The manager at their Parmer Location (furthest north) fit my road bike and I was really happy. He also did a shoe fit and really helped me with some pains I had.
