    November/December weight loss challenge

    To disable ads, please log-in.

For 8 full weeks, (I think this actually ends on New Year's Eve, how perfect is that?)

    Let me know
    (1) if you want to join in
    (2) what your weight is on Friday the 12th of November
    (3) what your goal weight is for 31 December - if you want to, if you don't want to set a goal like that, then no worries.

I'll post the link to the chart later in the week.

Also - how the heck is it already time for the Nov/Dec challenge? Where did July and August go to?

I just realized that New Year's Eve technically makes it a 7-week challenge, but I said last time that I thought I might need to do that to get it a bit more on track for ending at the end of a month. This seem the perfect time to do that since I like the ending on the last day of the year.

    Just for clarification.

Please count me in, too. I'll post my new weight and goal on Saturday.

I 'failed' on the last challenge by just letting things get away from me. I'll do better this time!

7 weeks is a good idea, by the way.

I have failed at this SO MANY TIMES! Often just dropping out. So my goal is to at least post my weekly weight no matter what.
Count me in. Weight goal is to be under 120, so I am looking for 119.8 on the scale.
Thanks for letting me join once again.

Geez, you're right, where has the time gone?

I'm in again, and considering time of year, social-ness that is in front of me, my goal is 134.5.

    Thanks for your time!!

I like being held accountable, even if it's just for maintenance. I'm in.

Are we posting here yet? My weight is not likely to change between today and tomorrow other than going up Besides which it's going to be a busy couple of days so this morning I'm at 169.4. Also the random spot I chose as my waist is 42". Nobody else needs to do that, I just wanna.

    I would like in again.

I've backslid a little bit this year. I need to be more accountable again, and maybe checking in with you inspiring ladies every week will help.

135.5 this morning. Goal on 12/31 is 130. 130 was the weight watchers goal I hit in May 2009, after starting at 165 in Nov 2008. I maintained that for a solid year, but these last 6 months I've been lax about recording and have allowed myself too many indulgences. Hence the 5.5 pound backslide. Time to get back on the program.

    Thanks Possegal!
