A guy I work with stumbled on it recently while riding his road bike and liked it a lot. Although he did have to get off and walk a bit, I think in Wakefield park.

I noticed the CCT while biking around Laurel Hill. For whatever reason, I hadn't heard of this - but you can bike from Great Falls down to Laurel Hill in Lorton on the CCT:
