    :-/

My bf and I are doing an experiment as of yesterday, with my diet and exercise. Basically, my pattern of riding is such that my body is almost always in starvation mode, and when I binge -- it does damage...

So I am riding less and riding slower. I tend ride anaerobically (avg 145bpm) . Like, I did a hilly 65 miles last Saturday with an average of 17.5. I didn't eat enough to compensate. Then, I ate a ton the next day. See, there is a problem...

153, mostly back on track. I am so glad to have this forum - it is very motivating! I have a friend that is riding in the Philly Livestrong Challenge and hope to do it next year.

Late post for me as I weighed in on Friday and then jumped in the car to travel for the weekend! Anyway, I was 150.3 on Friday.

Woooot! I have reached my goal!

    130.6 pounds

Last October I weight 180 pounds, who would have figured I am very busy tomorrow so we will make this my official weight this week. Part of tomorrow includes a 65 mile ride, and I don't want to report a lower weight just because of needing hydration.

I really do not want to lose any more weight. I am a little concerned that if I lose much more that it will affect performance on my bike. I will likely continue in the next challenge to help me maintain/keep an eye on things.
