    Yay!

    I have good news!

First, my bike is fixed and the fork is no longer backwards! So, now, I am going riding for the first time here in Maryland!

Second... I finally got a job & start Monday. I have not had a job since January 2009.

Third... our new girl comes home Wednesday from Cali. She is a 4 year old French Bulldog. Long story, but she was my husbands' ex-wife's dog that he had bought her before they separated. She either gave her away or sold her. He got a call on Monday from San Bernadino animal control.. a good citizen had found her while walking her own dog, hiding in the bushes, after having been dragged by a car (no idea how she got to California) She was micro chipped as a puppy, so it still had my husband's phone # in it. She will join her brother, Guinness, who is also a Frenchie, who is 5 years old, and my 2 cats!

I have a few that the girls at the shelter were kind enough to send! Just beware that the one with the scarf around her is kind of sad, because you can see her injured toes.. but she looks so cute!

And, I was able to only ride 2.5 miles, lol. I am NOT used to riding up hills, and well.. it was not pretty.

What great news all around! I look forward to hearing more about the Frenchie. Microchips are the best thing going.

Good all around! Poor pooch gets dragged by a car but is now coming home for the love she deserves. Bike is right-way-round again and you get to ride. And great on the new job woohoo!
