    Gear up for the spring riding on the roads. After months of rollers & trainers indoors, get ready to hit the roads as prepared as possible. Topics to be covered: Laws & regulations-how they apply to cyclists, group riding etiquette, safety concerns and proper clothing & nutrition. Join LCI instructors Karen Franzen, Alice Shea and Donna Davis, all Cycling Concept team members, as they talk about what to expect out on the road.

    June Installment of Cycling Discussions-Central CT

    June's Topic was re-worked, from the originally scheduled LADIES ONLY night to Mountain Bike Racing.

    Where: Cycling Concepts Glastonbury
    When: June 17th 6:00 p.m.


    The discussion is geared for anyone who is consdering doing their 1st mountain bike race. Cycling Concepts Race Team Member and Pro Mountain Bike racer Mary lynn Hadix will help you get ready:
