To try to cut my sugar craving but still to satisfy-I have found the new Chocolate mousse yoplait Whips.. True it is not the best yogert you can eat but try dipping some fresh strawberries in there......oh yea most satisfying and still healthy..I did a 45 mile ride yestday on that and some allbran with milk and felt fine....

I LOVE Yoplait Whips yogurt! I didn't know they came in chocolate. Try the peach or raspberry. 140 cals of fat-free goodness.

The yogurt sounds great! How do you eat Allbran? It taste like cardboard and "runs" through the system like a express train.

OK, I like yogurt but have to say...that whipped chocolate stuff was about the nastiest thing I've ever attempted to consume. If you can choke it down you're a better woman than me.

I agree that there are better things than allbran but for some reason it stills to my ribs and fills my tummy for quite awhile. See if I eat my allbran then I am allowed the chocolate.. even trade-----

I will have to try out what you mentioned!

I would also like to say that the Weight Watchers... Giant Fudge Bar... or the Skinny Cow... Fudge Bars... are DELICIOUS and under 100 calories each!

And... the Oreo thin crisps, 100 calorie pack... is very good for the chocolate craving as well.

I eat a "Nuts over chocolate" or a "Smores" luna bar everyday... for my 5:00 snack. Very yummy and healthy! Only 180 calories!

'spose it depends on how much of it you eat

I'm having a flashback to a breakfast many moons ago in a hotel in Denmark ... a friend cracked "gee Jo, having a bit of croissant with your Nutella?"

    Cristina -
You might want to take a look at the nutritional information on the product - which you can find at http://www.nutellausa.com/nutInfo.htm. Healthy? In moderation it may be ok, but eating by the spoonful? I wouldn't classify it as healthy...

Just out of curiosity, I also looked up the nutrition info for a Hershey bar. Compare it at http://www.hersheys.com/products/det...ersheysbar.asp
