Getting in touch with my inner try-athlete.
Team Radio Shack, yes, but not Lance specifically....(until the book signing at Borders )
We three ended up in different groups after the rest stop /photo op, and my little group saw Team Radio Shack ride by in the opposite direction. My somewhat wild and crazy husband got completely separated from anyone who had started with the ride, and he turned around and followed the team as they rode at a casual pace to the start of their climb up Mt. Lemmon. I posted a link to his pics on the "Lance Loves Tucson" thread....
You guys look great!
That RS ride up Mt. Lemmon was the ride fat cyclist rode with the team. He has videos on his blog.
Yes - I was looking for him - but only really saw the back group of riders.
I was happy that I learned about the Fat Cyclist and his adventures before he came here.
Nice picture, you gals look like a fun time about to happen! Looks like you're a Udell Park? Just a few short blocks from my condo. What ride was this?
I forgot Lance was in town, darn!

Yes- Udall Park. We did a ride with the Cactus Cycling Club that day.
Yeah, that was a fun morning (I'm a little late to this thread)! My boyfriend and I are thinking about doing a ride to the San Xavier mission with the Cactus club on Sunday. It's leaving from Himmel Park, which is very near to our house.

That sounds fun - I've ridden there once. I might check that out too!
LOL that must be why I keep seeing cyclist going down Pantano y'all are meeting around the corner. Cool I'll plan to ride with you soon, it will be nice to have a group to ride with.
Thanks badgercat for the link, cool beans!
