I rode about 100 km this week and two days. I usually ride 20 km or so.

My knees are sore and my tendons ache. My bottom is hurting and my thigh tendons( to tuberositys region) are chafed. Im really tired. Yet I felt like I coudl have ride another 15 to 20 km on top of the 30 km I rode today. I just kept riding thru the pain, then got more energy.

Is this normal?
