    I have to say after a month and half of spinning I can see the difference in my cycling (outdoors). I have a higher average speed right off the top. I don't have a cadence sensor but I do feel I am more efficient. My husband was amazed when we went for a ride together, he really noticed. I really like my gym's spinning classes so I have been going about three times a week.

    I also enjoy my local gym's spin classes. I swear that they have made me a better climber. I only go 2x per week, maybe I should try 3x like you! Sometimes the spin bikes make my IT band flare up, but other times it is fine. I certainly work harder than on the trainer with that instructor up there barking at me!
