yesterday:
2 eggs over easy, half a whole wheat bagel w/ light cream cheese and lox, an orange, coffee
4 mile trail run, 20 oz. of water with Nuun, half a Luna Bar after run
left over whole wheat cous cous salad, an apple, water
2 pieces of cheese
2 veggie burritos filled with brown rice, corn, black beans, yellow peppers. one in a whole wheat tortilla, one in a corn tortilla, salsa and low fat cheddar on top, glass of white wine, 2 squares of dark chocolate
I woke up this morning and had gained 2 pounds.
