B: half a whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese and lox, 2 eggs scrambled, blueberries, coffee
rode 19.5 miles with 2 friends, one who is struggling with speed/aging/health issues, so it was slow. At mile 15, we had coffee and I had a skinny slice of one of the guy's spiced muffin
L: salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, tofu, 1/4 avocado, quinoa.
S: slice of Machengo
D: glass of rosé, scrod, baked with panko and various spices, whole wheat cous cous, roasted asparagus
