L: Home-made white bean chicken chili, raw carrots

40 minute weights session, 25 on the ArcTrainer
Dinner was the last of the white bean chicken chili with added spinach. I was still hungry so finished up with a small apple and some non-fat cottage cheese.

D: small roasted skinless chicken breast, diced with onion and a small amount of cheese melted over it. 1 slice sprouted wheat bread and raw carrots. Skim milk

D: roasted chicken, dressing, gravy peas, 1 glass red wine
B: slice of whole wheat bread with hummus before spin class

L: I met Hirakukibou for lunch at an Italian market/cafe. salad with fresh mozzarella, artichokes, red pepper and vinaigrette, small cup of tomato and orzo soup, skim milk mocha latte

D: went out for dinner before theatre. The restaurant kind of sucked.

L: mixed green salad with chicken, blackberries, no-fat cottage cheese, onion, tomatoes - (the cottage cheese basically replaces the dressing & I've been told this is strange but it is yummy)
S: Balance bar (went to the movies and this was the only way to resist yummy butter dripping popcorn

All in all not too bad, but back to normal today

D: Homemade bean soup (17 bean mix with barley, brown rice, tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots, spinach) with 1 chicken garlic sausage. 1 beer ...LOTS of soup left over for freezer and meals this week
Normal day tomorrow
B: Cereal with 1%, tea with half-and-half and sugar
L: 2 slices chicken sausage, onion and garlic pizza
S: 1/3 or less of a bag of sour Skittles, kettle corn...I ate the whole bag.
D: Of sorts. 1/2 a container of Fage 2% (the other half ended up in curry, because it was the smallest container of plain yogurt I could find that wasn't fat-free). Granola, pineapple chunks on the side.
At least I don't leave slime trails.
