TDF Discussion - here be spoilers

    To disable ads, please log-in.

Hey all - not all of us can watch the Tour live or even close to live so lets try to keep the spoilers in unmarked threads to a minimum! and at least keep them marked in your post titles if they are not in a spoiler thread.
    Thanks!
(watching the TTT right now - only two teams in and ouch!!!)

I've been on sick leave the last two days and the only thing making me feel better - watching the tour broadcast live early this morning. I too cringed a bit at spoilers in other threads. Were I at work and DVRing the tour, I would have been upset to learn details. Sometimes my boss thinks he's funny when he is at home and calls me and informs me - "guess what I'm watching", and I hang up on him.

I snuck peeks at the results on the TdF web site, as I have a meeting tonight. I should be home in time to see some of it. I still want to watch, even though I know the outcome.

You can't, unless you want to be the "other woman". He's married and got a kid already I think.

I'm doing my best to avoid spoilers, but it's hard when CNN and MSNBC insist on putting the results in their headlines! Why can't they just have something that says "Stage x Results"? Am I not supposed to read any other news lest I mistakenly glance over that headline? So frustrating!

Andrea, How can you pick just one?

I stayed home from work just to watch the team time trial. I'm totally addicted. I keep trying to remind myself that there are 3 weeks to go! I've set up Lance, Levi and George up on twitter on my iphone. Beware of spoilers over there......

I'm jumping up and down, clapping and cheering in my living room!

i've always like Jens but I liked him so much more after Lance had him on in one of his pre-stage videos from the Giro. He was just so cute!!
