Hello again! I haven't been to these boards in a very long time, but I recall it being a very informative and supportive place, so I'm back Probably no one remembers me though LOL. After not riding (or posting here) in over 2 years (pregnancy, postpartum, general overwhelm) I am starting back to a fitness program. A coworker convinced me to try her women's sprint triathlon training group. I'm kind of nervous but excited. I need to lose about 40 pounds total, and am totally out of shape. My pregnancy with my twins really took a toll on me, I feel. I hate to admit it, but I am actually kind of scared about getting back on my road bike (Bianchi Veloce). I have a recumbent also, so I think I will train with it to get more stamina and confidence before going back to the road bike. Anyway, just wanted to say "hi" to everyone here. I will probably come around some and ask silly questions

Conquering illness, one step at time.
We'll want word of rides, however humble - kudos and congrats for taking the first pedal strokes !
Welcome back to the gang here at TE. No matter the reason for the absence (sounds like a great reason- twins!), it's good to have you back.
Now- let's go ride.

Let me get this straight. You have two year old twins and you are planning on doing a tri?
Hey, no matter how well you do, I'm impressed.
Give big space to the festive dog that make sport in the roadway. Avoid entanglement with your wheel spoke.
