I got a fit ball specifically for doing hyperextensions for my lower back. I have used them at the gym for ab stuff. Does anyone have any videos that use the fit ball?

I bought a program called Core Secrets and really like it. It works the whole body. I've been a slacker the last few weeks and have not done this. Need to get back to it!

    Hey V-

i ordered a fit ball video. I once had an intro video that came with my Gaiam fit ball and somehow lost it. I've tried a few others but not one that I liked as once. Now I can't remember the name exactly, it may be under "Balance Ball" but the instructor is Susan Deason and it is a Living Arts brand video. You can check out the 60-second streaming video and get an idea of the video before you buy it. MJ

    Free Exercises

I have been wanting to work with the Fit Ball and Medicine Ball more at the gym and found this site that has a lot of exercises you can customize for your own personal workout. They of course are marketing their own products, but the exercises are free.
