Ok, why not just have a continuous recipe thread? Hmm..what yummy stuff can we make for lunch or dinner?

How about this? I have no idea of the caloric intake but it could be worth a shot.

Fennel Marinated Fish

not sure of the exact fish this would be best with but i'm going to try barramundi or snapper (all local to Western Aust)
1/2 bulb fennel chopped finely
garlic-chopped finely
parsley
small chilli-chopped finely
lemon zest/lemon wedges
3 tblspns olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
vine leaves-rinsed & dried..

Combine everything except vine leaves, fish & lemon wedges into a smooth paste in a mortar. Rub fish with paste & wrap in lightly oiled vine leaves. Grill or BBQ for 10min (depending on type of fish).

Serve w lemon wedges, salad & some other healthy thing.
