Cardio Coach is having a sale

www.cardiocoach.com is having a sale - $4.95 for each workout - they are normally $20.00, so it's a great deal.

I know these are not cycling specific workouts but I use them on my bike/trainer all the time. They are great interval workouts for your iPod or other mp3 player. They range from 30 minutes to over an hour - and believe me will make your time on the trainer fly and get you covered in sweat in the process.

And I have no affiliation what-so-ever with Coach Sean. I just think these are great workouts for days you cannot get outside.

Adding my 0.02. These workouts are top notch!

I have a friend who used them when running outside when she was training for marathon season (on her interval days). They are really, really motivational. I keep a few of them on my ipod for when I travel and am forced to use hotel gyms - they make any piece of cardio equipment much easier to bear!

Oh, and Coach Sean is a genuinely nice guy and provides amazing customer service, too.

Coach Troy is very cycling specific, so his workouts are more tailored towards the bike. That being said, interval work is pretty much interval work, so while you won't get the cycling specific instructions, you'll get a great interval workout - on Cardio Coach 7 the2nd set is 10 1 minute intervals with 30 seconds in between - alternating hills and sprints. I'm dripping when I finish.

Plus, and this is a little sappy, but Coach Sean is really inspirational. He seems to step in to the workout just when you need that extra push. While I do Spinervals because I want to better my cycling, I do Cardio Coach because I want to have fun and sweat my tail off.
