UC Davis Sports Performance Program is conducting a research study to explore more about how they can optimize testing in the lab (body comp, V02 max, lactate threshold) for designing optimal training programs.

They are seeking 30-50yo, healthy, male and female master level cyclists that have been competing in their sport for at least 2 years.

You will come into the lab every six weeks over a 9-month period, for about 2 hours each time (6x total).

You will be asked to follow a training program designed by their research team.

You will participate in a simulated race time trial 6x throughout the study to see if tests in the lab correlate with performance in the field.
