    They're tiny burgers, hence the slider moniker.
    That is to say they slide right down.

    They're like White Castle burgers.

    If you can't make that day make it one Friday, I'll introduce you to some local mountain bikers.

    I've obviously never ordered those the couple times I've been at Brewer's Alley...

    And I'm not sure I've ever been to a White Castle...

    So we could celebrate my burger/slider education instead.
