I'm thankful for everything, even the one bathroom (what luxury, having TWO bathrooms!) that's calling out to me to be cleaned.

I'm thankful for my primroses, which are just busting out all over with blossoms after today's sun.

    Today I'm thankful because:

    I found $20 on a snow bank! Woo-hoo!

    I adore my LBS guys.

My friend gave me a fantastically creepy steel crow sculpture which I love.

    Another good day!

I'm thankful that my BIL is still with us and seemingly doing well - we will get to spend another few days at spring training with the rockies, eating rocky dogs and drinking good beer!

I'm looking forward to warm weather riding in a few weeks in Phoenix - it is nice to be so close to the warm weather.

and I'm thankful that my geraniums are blooming so vibrantly fuscia in my wintery window at work!

I am thankful I am 27, in good health, healed after a year of foot surgery problems and did a mini tri on a beautiful winter day.

And I am thankful for the moose that I had to bike around didn't move. Because 5 feet away from a very large moose butt is kinda scary.

I'm thankful for the flowering dogwood and blooming cherry trees, wildly colorful crocuses and daffodils and some little purple flower I don't know; all saturating my walk thru a very urban neighborhood to work this morning.

I know I complain a bit, well a lot about living in the midst of a remodel but I am thankful for my health, that I have the funds (I hope I hope) to complete the job. However messy it's a roof over my head and many on this planet don't have that.

Most of all I am thankful for Knott, she keeps me smiling . And all the support and laughter I find on TE and for my family.

Well, off to sweep up dust in the kitchen.

I am thankful for my strength, physical and mental. I am truly blessed.

I am also thankful that the majority of the time I'm fairly humble, but obviously not today.

I'm thankful that my long term substitute position is going well. I got a surly 12 year old boy to do his book project in my class yesterday, after my teammates told me he did nothing in their classes.
I'm also thankful that I feel well enough to work!

I'm thankful I have access to electric power.

And I'm thankful for power failures to keep me honest.

I'm thankful that all my board members showed up last night, and no one is complaining, and they all agreed with me on keeping that one guy from coaching.

I'm thankful I have indoor plumbing. Plumbing is a beautiful thing, and I take it for granted far too often. (Until it has a problem, then I appreciate the heck out of it!!!!)

Very grateful I was able to clear my drains myself last night.

I'm thankful for the fact that I'm off work tonight (meaning, I get to SLEEP MORE!).

And for the coffee I am about to pick up (THANK YOU STARBUCKS!) in order to get home safely this morning!

And for the reminder from this thread that I need to be thankful daily!

Oh, and I'm thankful for the sore calves from my run yesterday! OK, maybe I'm not as thankful for those...

I'm thrilled beyond words. We (mutt and I) went on a long'ish morning walk where she had a friendly momentary play with another dog. Although the dog was offleash I'm glad because I saw it would be a friendly encounter.

She's a rescue mutt and come such a long way. There was a time this would have never occured. When I got her she'd go nutso if she even saw another dog. She seemed pleased to get to play with a dog.
