Well,
I like my therapist very much. She was selected by my tri buddy from the pool. She is a runner and a newbie triathlete.
She was very thorough, she poked and prodded and measured and stretched and measure some more.
Her thoughts:
My right ITB is a mess, soooooo tight. So is my right piraformis ( sp)...
I have lost strength in my quads....
My hips are weak and my knee is caving in when my foot strikes the ground when I run....
There was actual chuckling going on....on both our parts...MY ITB SUCKS!!!!
Anyway, I have lots of hw, strength and stretching I am going to be up at the crackage of dawn to get it done before school...but I am on my way....
I go back tomorrow

Good luck - glad you like the PT person. That's huge. I hope it all starts paying off for you but be patient, these things take TIME and you don't want to over do it.

Not to worry MP, she really started me off pretty easy. Just floor exercises for my leg strength and tons of stretching, and I can still spin on my bike and swim, so I will be ok and be able to be patient. As long as I am moving, and moving in a positive direction....
