awesome!! Seattle Mayor; Please take note!
I find it deeply ironic that the big bus station *on* the Interurban Trail, with bike lanes running along the side of the bus bays DOES NOT have bike lockers.
None.
sigh.

I find it ironic that 12th and 19th Station are first on the list to get them. On my commute (Fremont line to downtown Oakland) if I were to exit at either station in the morning they are closed to bikes till about 8:50 am. So I get off at Lake Merrit and ride in, a nice mile along the lake. I can take a straight shot into downtown Oaktown or if running early ride along the lake.
The ride down Grand is truly nice, broad bike lane, tons of bikes, some days it feels like a parade.
For novice cyclists if their schedule gets them into downtown early I fear they will just not do the extra mile from the Lake or MacArthur. Someone with an easy ride to BART and then they have to ride longer in traffic or on a day the weather is bad .... they just won't do it, locker or not.
They need to open up those two stations.
