My niece caught whooping cough when we all went to France to watch le Tour back in 04. I was sure she had developed asthma as the original description here of whooping cough, is exactly what my asthma is like when it flairs up. When I would be in a bad flair-up at my old job, the Oc Health Dr was always threatening to take me to the uniformed services medical school next door, to show them what whooping cough sounded like. I hope you are feeling better soon nuthatch, since I'm in the midst of a bad asthma flair-up, I can relate to how lousy it feels! Plus I haven't gone running or spinning or anything cardio in over a month. UGH!
