    Labial tenderness help!!

I am new to this site, was mainly a runner but really enjoying cycling. I am training for a metric century and went on my first 40 mile ride. I anticipated sit bone achiness, which wasn’t bad. My issue was labial pain (sorry for the TMI). I bought a new seat with the middle cut out, gel seat... I know because I am 58 and postmenopausal my gyne states that area has thinned out. My question is...does anyone have any helpful hints on how to deal with that issue? I tried standing occasionally, moved side to side on my sit bone...just very worried I can’t ride 62 miles this way. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
